For the first time ever, Keshet is hosting our LGBTQ+ & Ally Teen Shabbaton in Texas!
Since the Shabbaton program began in 2012, we have hosted weekend-long retreats created by and for LGBTQ+ Jewish youth all over the country. This fall, we are bringing that to Texas! We hope you can join us in November!
We will announce our Spring 2025 Shabbatonim in October!
The Shabbaton created the safe place that I needed. The place that I don’t have in my home and the place that I always needed. I could connect to a very traditional form of Judaism that I have never experienced while being able to be in a queer affirming environment. I also loved having so many trans people there.
